Where do we deliver?
We currently offer delivery from Cooranbong to Raymond Terrace. Check out our list of towns we deliver under the delivery tab

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is a flat rate to all locations on our delivery location list.
When you complete your order the cost of delivery will be displayed at the checkout
Delivery is only $3 (incl GST) per bale with a minimum purchase of 15 bales.
We keep delivery costs down by grouping orders together
How long does delivery take to arrive?
Most deliveries arrive within 7-10 business days.
Do I need to be home to take delivery of my hay?
No. We can drop off your hay at any reasonable location at your property. If you want it put in the shed/garage, just leave it open and let us know when you enter your details for delivery.
Do you deliver in the rain?
Yes, we deliver rain, hail or shine. We are happy to deliver hay to a shed or garage. In the event of rain and a planned drop outdoors, we will wrap your hay in environmentally friendly wrap to keep it protected from the weather.
Can you deliver bulk orders (more than 100 bales)
Yes, we can arrange delivery of bulk orders to any location in Australia. We have semi trailers holding 600 bales, curtain side trucks holding 200 bales and utes taking 50 bales. Please email your request to admin@ineedhay.com.au and we can provide you with a quote for freight.
